Pop sensation Sabrina Carpenter has raised more than $1 million for charity through her ‘Short n’ Sweet’ Tour, thanks to a partnership with nonprofit platform Plus1. Since the tour kicked off in September 2024, $1 from every ticket sold has been directed to the Sabrina Carpenter Fund, supporting a range of causes including the Best Friends Animal Society, the Jed Foundation, Rainbow Railroad, and MusiCares.
Out of the total amount raised, $824,000 came from her North American tour dates, with the rest coming from her performances across Europe. Plus1 noted that Carpenter’s team was intentional in choosing partner organizations that align closely with her personal values.
“Sabrina is setting a new standard, one where social impact becomes woven into an artist’s career,” said Marika Anthony-Shaw, CEO of Plus1.
This achievement marks a historic milestone for Plus1, which was originally launched by the band Arcade Fire to support relief efforts in Haiti. Meanwhile, Carpenter continues to soar in the pop world with her chart-topping single Manchild and her highly anticipated album Man’s Best Friend, scheduled for release this August.
